1. Please click menu aboveon right.

2. Choose 'Dep./With.' from above.

Log-in required menu. Log-in page appears first when clicked while logged out.

  • Precautions
  • - You may not transfer your Rent Deposit to a third party nor receive other's.
  • - Your ID and name are unchangeable. Enter the amount to charge in 'Req. Dep. Amount' area.
  • - When depositing, the account holder name is displayed as 'FX_(Your Name)'. Please check out. 
  • - We are not responsible for depositing to a wrong account from your own mistake. When depositing, please check the account number.
  • - General inquiries relating to deposit/withdrawal are possible only from 7 am to 11 pm.
  • - Daily count calculated from 0 to 23:59 every day.
  • ※ Deposits may be unavailable from 23:40 to 24:00 according to bank's Virtual Account service.

  • Menu TAB Area

    • The TAB menu that brings you to Req. Dep., Req. With., Dep./With. History page.
    • When 'Dep./With.' menu is clicked, 'Req. Dep.' page will appear in the front page.
  • Virtual Account Info

  • Req. Dep. Amount

    • You should enter the exact amount you had deposited to FXRENT (the amount to transfer to Rent Deposit)
  • Req. Dep. Button

    • When you click this button, the Req. Dep. is registered as you entered.

  • Today's Dep. Req. Area

    • 1) When Req. Dep. is done but not deposited yet, possible to cancel.
    • 2) When deposit is complete, impossible to cancel and additional Req. With. required.

Req. With. Page

  • Precautions
  • - You may not transfer your Rent Deposit to a third party nor receive other's.
  • - Areas other than 'Req. With. Amount' are unchangeable.
  • - Your withdrawal request to be processed every hour (from 6 am to 11 pm).
  • It may take some time to be actually deposited up to data processing speed.
  • - When you want to cancel your withdrawal request, please call our CS center.
  • - Daily with. count differs from Member ranking.
  • - With. unavailable when exceeding daily count.
  • - Daily count calculated from 0 to 23:59 every day.

  • Req. With. Amount Input Area

    • 1) Account Info. : The regis. account info, availability to withdraw, daily max. amount and available no. of With. is displayed.
    • 2) Req. With. Amount : The area to enter the amount to Req. With.
    • 3) Req. Verific. No. : When you click 'Receive Verific. No.', a Verific. No. is sent to your cellphone. Enter the number and click 'Verific. No. Check' to verify.
    • 4) Daily Max. Amount : The max. amount you can Req. With. per day is displayed.
  • Req. With. Button

    • Req. With. is registered as much as the amount you entered.

  • Today's Req. With. History

    • Cancellation impossible on FXRENT homepage.

2. Request Deposit Page

After depositing the amount to transfer to Rent Dep. to the FXRENT bank account, enter the same amount at Req. Dep. and send the request, then the entered amount is transferred to Rent Dep..

  • - Your ID and name are unchangeable. Enter the amount to charge in 'Req. Dep. Amount' area.

    • 2) When deposit is complete, cancellation is impossible and an add. Req. With. required.

3. Req. With. Page

  • After entering Req. With. amount, verfic. will be done through your cellphone to have your Rent Dep. deposited to your personal account.

  • - Your withdrawal request to be processed every hour (from 6 am to 11 pm).
